For a 240 / 250 tire conversion, you need one of these swingarms:

This last swingarm requires also cutting of stock belt to 1-1/8 inch width.
The stock CVO fender can be retained modifying the under-structure supporting the fender (see mounting instructions of the last swingarm).

I have a 2005 cvo Harley-Davidson v-Rod and I would like to go to a 240 or 250 rear tire. Can you tell me exactly everything I need to do this and I would like to reuse my rear fender because it it has the CVO custom paint job on the bike cost doesn’t really matter I would just like it to look great and be right thank you.

We do not offer a complete kit as we have too many options.

I have a 2006 vrsca vrod and want to change rear to a 240mm as cheap as possible do you have a kit for this
