Thank you for your interest in Eurocomponents’ motorcycle internal twist clutch.

There is no specific cable for the twist clutch device. Throttle cables are too small and regular clutch cables are too big.
There are on the market some aftermarket cables used for motorcycle brakes, which are in between regular throttle cables and regular clutch cables. We suggest to use the ones of about 2mm diameter, which can be easily routed through the handlebars but are also strong enough.

Yes, there are some devices that facilitate cable clutch pulling. A very good one is the Muller Power Clutch. You can find several on Google.

hi …. what kind of cable is needed …. do you have a part # that is used with you clutch grip …… I thought there is a easy pull set up to help the twist clutch..do you know anything about that …..thanks

I have a 2012 Harley Ultra Classic. My left hand has become too weak to squeeze the clutch. I also have heated grips which are controlled on the left side. I do not have a hydraulic clutch. Will your product work with this configuration?

Sorry, but we never tried installing our twist clutch on a 1999 Honda VT750c.
It has been designed to work with Harley type clutches and we never had a chance to try it on other motorcycle brands.

Can the twist clutch work with a cable operated Honda VT750c 1999? The clutch handle is reasonably light but my wife’s fingers have no strength.Perhaps a throttle assist in palm of hand could be used to exert extra strength.If a diiferent diameter handle bar would be required the bike could be converted.

Would appreciateadvice.

Sorry, but we are not aware of any twist clutch made for metric bikes in general.
Probably the Harley ones would work, but we never tried so we cannot tell for sure.
