Yes, our 3D Front End can fit your 2012 Anniversary V-Rod, no problem.
Unfortunately your stock headlight cannot fit (unless you fabricate a custom bracket for it), since our 3D Front Fork features the traditional HD mounting hole on the bottom triple tree (like on most Harley models).

The handlebars mounted on the bike are traditional T bars, which you can easily find on the marked. If you need assistance in getting a set, we can sure help you.
