Yes, the Stealth Radiator Cover can fit also your 2013 V-Rod.
It is a bolt-on item.
It comes only in white gel coat finish (as pictured), you would need to have it painted locally.

I take it that it fits a 2010 DX, but is there any frame mods that are needed?….or just remove OME parts and replace with this one?
