May be a foolish question but will I need to purchase the adapters to mount these to a Victory motorcycle. In some other cases I have needed the adapters to convert from an HD mount to fit my application.

Those motorcycle headlights have been discontinued, because they have been replaced by these: Uranus Chrome Headlights with Mount
