Yes, we can make the Vortex pulley-rotor kit to fit your 2008 Harley Rocker C.
About the Fobos aircleaner cover, we now offer it only in polished finish, which you can paint in black easily.
Please let me know which carburator you have and I will point out the appropriate back plate breather kit.

I have an 08 harley rocker c ,I really like the look of your brake/ pulley combo and would love to install this set-up on my bike just wondering if it will fit ? Your craftsmanship is second to none !!! I also would love to put the fobos air breather set up on ,any info u can send would be greatly appreciated, also cost of components plz ,I would like the blk version of the breather thx for your time ,I look forward to using your parts to make my rocker stand out and above the crowd ,cheers

We never tried installing it on OEM 2023 Harley Breakout wheels, but we think it might not work.
For sure the Vortex pulley-rotor kit can fit with aftermarket wheels.

We do not offer a bolt-on pulley-brake for FXR’s.
You can probably adapt it to fit, but you need to fabricate your own caliper bracket.
