Our 240 / 250 tire swing arm kits are bolt on replacements for the stock Harley Softail swingarms and they enable you to mount a 240 or 250 tire on your stock Softail without doing any modifications to the frame. These wide tire custom swingarms can fit up to 9” wide rims. For clearance needs they must be installed in conjunction of aftermarket rear calipers and brackets. 280 / 300 Tire Swingarm Conversion Kits for Softails
Our 280 / 300 tire swingarm kits are bolt on replacements for the stock Harley Softail swing arms and they enable you to mount a 280 or 300 tire on your stock Softail without doing any modifications to the frame. These 280 / 300 tire motorcycle swingarm kits can be installed only on chain primary drives with a 1-1/8” secondary belt (which will run outside the frame) and can fit up to 10.5” wide rims. For clearance needs they must be installed in conjunction of aftermarket rear calipers and brackets. Thanks to these innovative wide tire kits you will be able to mount a super-wide rear tire, without any modifications to your stock frame, still keeping front and rear wheel properly lined up for safe riding and great handling. 240 / 250 Tire 3D Freestyle Swingarm for Softails
3D Freestyle billet swingarm is a bolt on replacement for the stock Harley Softail swingarm and will allow you to mount up to 250 tires in the back of your custom motorcycle. Of course these wide tire swingarms can fit custom choppers, bobbers and most custom motorcycles using a Softail type frame. It is CNC machined with a manufacturing process which allows cutting billet aluminum with variable curving radiuses (3D machining): the result is a unique product with stunning design. Different wide tire kits are available for Harley Evolution Softails and Twin Cam Softails. For fitment on stock Harley Softails you must install an aftermarket exhaust system, since the stock one cannot fit. This custom swing arm features hidden wheel axle and comes with special caliper brackets for OEM or aftermarket calipers. To install a 250 tire you need to use a 1-1/8” belt and our primary offset kit. Primary offset kits are sold separately.
