Three Spoke cast aluminum wheels are replacements for the stock Harley wheels. Front custom rims are available in 21×2.75 and 18×4, rear custom wheels are available in 18×9 for the mounting of 240/250 tires or 18×10.5 for the mounting of 280 tires. Front 3D Vortex custom wheels are completely 3D machined from 160lbs solid blocks of billet aluminum. Rear 3D Vortex billet rims are completely 3D machined from 320lbs solid blocks of billet aluminum. These unique motorcycle rims are CNC machined with a manufacturing process which allows cutting billet aluminum with variable curving radiuses (3D machining). It takes about 48 hours to machine and prepare one of these chopper wheels, but the result is a unique product with stunning design. Thanks to this sophisticated manufacturing process these custom wheels feature an innovative and distinctive design: rim, spokes and hub are all one piece. Since these replacements for the stock Harley wheels are fully CNC machined (they are not casted or forged!), they are available in any width and diameter. Wheel Spinner

Wheel Spinner with Brass Studs

This motorcycle wheel spinner is to be mounted on the right side of the rear wheel of your old school bobber or custom chopper. This custom part for Harley’s is machined out of billet aluminum and brass and it will give your chopper the final touch! Rear motorcycle wheel spinner looks great alone or combined with our 40 Spokes Spinner Style Front Wheel Hub, Drilled Sprocket Rotor Kit, Slotted Sprocket Rotor Kit and Brass Bullet Spoke Nipples.

40 Spokes Spinner Style Front Wheel Hub

40 Spokes Spinner Style Front Wheel Hub is machined out of billet aluminum and will give the final touch to old school bobbers and custom choppers using spoke wheels. This chopper part features center fin and side spinners for a very distinctive old school look. This spoke wheel hub is for 8 gauge spokes (diameter 0.157″ or 3.99mm) and was designed for custom bikes that do not need a front brake rotor, since brake rotors cannot be installed on it. This custom part for Harley’s is 5-1/2″ wide (140mm) and comes complete with 3/4″ bearings, inner tube and seals. It looks great combined with our rear Wheel Spinner and Wheel Spinner with Brass Studs.

40 Spokes Wheel Hubs

40 spokes wheel hubs are machined out of billet aluminum and will give the final touch to old school bobbers and custom choppers using spoke wheels. Center fin gives a very distinctive look. These spoke wheel hubs are for 8 gauge spokes (diameter 0.157″ or 3.99mm). Front custom hubs feature 5/16″ threaded holes on both sides; rear hubs feature 7/16″ threaded holes on the left side and 3/8″ threaded holes on the right side. Both spoke wheel hubs are 5-1/8″ wide (130mm). These custom parts for Harley’s come complete with 3/4″ bearings, inner tube and seals.

Brass Bullet Spoke Nipples

Brass bullet spoke nipples are the final touch for true old school choppers and bobbers using spoke wheels. Installation on aluminum and steel rims will require the enlargement of the spoke holes to 3/8″ (9.5mm). These custom chopper parts are for 8 gauge spokes (diameter 0.157″ or 3.99mm). Highly polished. Sold individually.
